Shipping & Delivery
BEDIHA DENIZ offers insured worldwide shipping from both our European and Turkish fulfillment locations. Every order is prepared with care to ensure a refined and seamless delivery experience.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Europe and selected international destinations worldwide.
- European Orders: Orders delivered within Europe are shipped directly from our European fulfillment center whenever possible, ensuring faster delivery and no additional customs duties within the EU.
- Turkish Fulfillment: Certain creations may be shipped directly from Türkiye depending on availability, collection or destination country.
- International Orders: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays or peak periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: Typically 1–5 business days
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to external shipping conditions or customs procedures.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union generally do not incur additional customs charges.
For international destinations outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order value.
6. Insurance & Tracking
All shipments include tracking and insurance coverage.
If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Client Care team as soon as possible so we may assist you.
7. Delivery Information
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
