Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

At BEDIHA DENIZ, every creation is crafted with care, intention and timeless elegance. We are committed to offering a refined and seamless experience with every order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return experience worldwide.


1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, pouches, boxes and certificates (if applicable) are included
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


2. Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact our Client Care team at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs, if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions.


3. Refunds

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we kindly ask that you return the original piece and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at my@bedihadeniz.com.

Our Client Care team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared within 10 business days after approval, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account once again
  2. Contacting your payment provider or banking institution
  3. Reaching out to us at my@bedihadeniz.com for further assistance

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our side or a defective product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BEDIHA DENIZ cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
